    Unboxing Video Requirement<\/h5>\r\n

    To ensure fair processing, customers must provide a clear 360\u00b0 unboxing video:<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    • Show the entire sealed package from all angles to confirm no tampering.<\/li>\r\n
    • Begin recording before receiving the package if it appears damaged.<\/li>\r\n
    • Open the package on video and inspect the items thoroughly for damage.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

      Note: <\/strong>Returns or exchanges without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.<\/p>\r\n

      Damaged Parcels<\/h5>\r\n

      If you receive a damaged package:<\/p>\r\n\r\n

      • Start recording immediately before receiving it from the courier.<\/li>\r\n

        Return & Exchange Process<\/h5>\r\n\r\n

        1. If your return or exchange is approved, you may need to ship the parcel to our warehouse<\/strong> if a pickup service is unavailable.<\/li>\r\n
        2. Shipping Costs:<\/strong> Customers bear the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.<\/li>\r\n
        3. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it, and the store credit or exchange amount<\/strong> will be processed within business hours.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

            If you select the wrong size multiple times (e.g., order 3XL and it does not fit), you may request a refund to your bank, GPay, PhonePe, or other UPI accounts.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
